It includes overseeing the purchase of all FF&E, OS&E and other materials and resources needed to operate the facility. We also make sure the right people are hired at the right time in the right positions to ensure a successful property opening.

  • Facilitated all major decisions during the first two years of a $100 million start-up energy efficiency company in California, strategically positioning the company for long-term growth in a rapidly developing market.

  • Served as the "Critical Path" project manager or pre-opening project consultant on several major casino openings or expansions on the Las Vegas Strip and in other gaming market areas throughout the United States and Canada.

  • Facilitated team training and project management work of over 100 cross-functional problem solving teams and strategic sourcing partnerships in numerous aerospace, military, utility and governmental organizations.
