Mac's Biography

Mac McIntire is the president of INNOVATIVE MANAGEMENT GROUP, a Las Vegas-based consulting and training firm specializing in organizational effectiveness and management development. Mac has been in the training and organizational development field for over 35 years. He has done extensive consulting work with Global 500 companies throughout the world.


Mac has helped numerous organizations through the strategic visioning and organizational transformation process. He facilitated the team that repaired the Hubble Space Telescope, helped American Express relocate its Travelers Cheque corporate headquarters to Salt Lake City, redesigned the electric distribution business line for Southern California Edison, and facilitated the start-up of a $120 million energy efficiency company in Los Angeles. He also worked with several government agencies on a variety of projects.


Mac is a nationally recognized speaker on Team and Quality management issues. He is a former quality examiner for the U.S. Senate Productivity Awards. He has twice received the "Creative Trainer" Award from the American Society for Training and Development and is noted for his unique approach to personal and professional education.


He is the author of the book, "Stepping Forward Together: Creating Trust and Commitment in the Workplace." He has also authored or has been a contributing author to seven additional books and has written numerous articles on how companies can create high-performing teams, raise productive output, and develop added-value products and services to ensure long-term profitability and growth.
